Visnet
Visnet has been established by a number of Dutch environmental organisations. The group will focus on sharing information, strategic consultation, and cooperation between NGOs concerned with the relationship between Dutch fisheries and marine ecosystems outside the EU waters.
Visnet will also look at the Dutch trade of fisheries products. Topics to be considered are for example the activities of Dutch fishermen worldwide (e.g. West Africa and Indonesia), aquaculture and the sustainability of the fishery chain.
