He holds a master&#8217;s degree in biodiversity management from the University of Toulouse (France) and wrote his final thesis on the monitoring of vegetation by local communities in South Africa in the Kruger to Canyon reserve. He also attended training offered by the Wildlife Collega of Garoua (Cameroon).<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block block-container small-12 large-offset-1 large-10\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block block-container small-12 large-offset-1 large-10\">\n<p>Within IUCN NL, Paul is focusing on wildlife crime, data analysis, cartographic monitoring, and scientific monitoring on certain programmes.
