IFDP has been created and implemented since 2002 and has just developed a 2020-2030 strategic plan with a redefinition of a few lines of intervention by focusing its action on the following four themes: (1) Land tenure issue; (2) Environment &amp; Sustainable Development; (3) Mineral resources and (4) Local governance &amp; Decentralization. IFDP a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9er et mise en place depuis 2002 et vient de d\u00e9velopper un plan strat\u00e9gique 2020-2030 avec une red\u00e9finition de quelques axes d\u2019intervention en focalisant son action sur les quatre&nbsp; th\u00e9matiques&nbsp; suivantes&nbsp; :&nbsp; (1) Probl\u00e9matique&nbsp; fonci\u00e8re&nbsp; ;&nbsp; (2)&nbsp; Environnement&nbsp; &amp; D\u00e9veloppement&nbsp; Durable&nbsp; ;&nbsp; (3)&nbsp; Ressources&nbsp; mini\u00e8res&nbsp; et&nbsp; (4)&nbsp; Gouvernance&nbsp; locale&nbsp; &amp; D\u00e9centralisation.
